Prepare the companion, not just the game
Install Overwolf and Play With Purpose on your Windows PC. Sign in to the account whose inventory you intend to use, then open the setup guide and check the current supported-game list. A familiar game name is not a promise that every version, scene or target is supported.
Choose a scan hotkey that does not conflict with an important game action. Find the scanner position controls and check whether the capture follows your cursor or the centre of the display. These settings determine which part of the scene the service receives.
Run a controlled trial
Keep Trial Mode enabled. Pick a clear eligible target, hold the configured scan hotkey and release it when the capture area covers the subject. Keep menus, chat windows and large effects out of the capture when possible.
Read the result before changing settings. No loot found does not prove installation failed: the target may be ineligible, unclear or already scanned. Check the displayed image and the target you actually captured before repeating the action.
Understand the next decision
Trial rewards and paid rewards have different rules. Trial equipment may be eligible for player trading, but it cannot be resold to Wallet for USD or Gift Gold by you or a later owner. Inspect the item rather than assuming a displayed value is an available payout.
Before disabling trial, review the selected cToken amount, any enabled pet and gift-code delivery preferences. Paid scans consume cTokens and do not guarantee a specific item or a return on spending. Installation success is a working, understandable scan flow, not a profitable outcome.
